2011 AADO Scholarship (for surgeons)

Confirmation of Application

Successful applicants will be notified through email individually. Please contact the AADO Secretariat by email to secretariat@aado.org if you do not receive the notification by 19 April 2011.

Successful applicants are also required to return a “Reply Slip” (will be sent together with the confirmation notice) to confirm their interest. If “Reply Slip” does not receive by the Secretariat before due date, the Association will assume that you are not interested in accepting the scholarship.
