AADO Scholarship 2004 to Orthopaedic Trauma Meetings

Application for the AADO Scholarship to Orthopaedic
Trauma meetings is now open. The attendance of the following meetings
will be sponsored under this program:

- AIOD 10th Trauma Course, Strasbourg, France
- 08-10 September, 2004
- Venue: Ircad Institute, 1 place de l'hopital
- Main themes:
- What's new? (T2/S2nails, new generation
Gamma nails, distal targeting ¡K)
- Pelvis and acetabulum fractures
- Anatomy workshop (Nailing of the proximal
humerus or Gamma 3, Epiphyseal plates for tibia, Ilio-inguinal
approach, synthesis of pubic symphysis and fluronavigation
- AADO Symposium 2004, Hong Kong
- 30-31 October, 2004
- OTA
20th Annual Conference, Fl. Lauderdale, Florida, USA
- 08-10 October, 2004
Successful applicants will receive not more
than US$1,500 to subsidize their expenses on the following items:
- Return economy-class air ticket
from city of origin
- Course fees
- Accommodation during the period
of the meeting
