It is a report from Dr. Ritesh Kumar Soni, one of the successful applicants of AADO Asian Fellowship Programme in Queen Elizabeth Hospital at Hong Kong, who had a visit there on 22 October - 16 November 2012.

I am Dr. Ritesh Kumar Soni from Himachal Pradesh in India. I completed my AADO fellowship at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Hong Kong from 22nd Oct To 16th Nov 2012.

I was really a great experience learning from Dr.Shen and his team. Most interesting was their commitment to the patients, their understanding of the concepts. innovative and latest techniques with state of the art technology and not the least their eagerness to teach and spread knowledge.

It was really pleasure being here. I was really impressed the way they treat fractures esp. fractures around the hip and ankle.I learned a lot from Dr. Shen as he shared his wide experience and taught many surgical tips, which will certainly help me improve.

I would sincerely like to thank AADO, Dr. Shen and his energetic team. It was pleasure being here.
