AADO members will be sponsored for this 2-day course’s registration fee (HKD9,500 / USD1,250). Accommodations and traveling expenses will be on members’ own expenses.
Please send the sponsorship application form by email to secretariat@aado.org on or before 16 November 2014 should you interested to apply the AADO sponsorship.
Successful sponsorship applicants will be notified by email on 21 November 2014.

Remarks

1. Pre-course cadaveric dissection instruction and implant manual will be sent to individual participant two weeks before the course
2. Participants are encourage to bring at least one clinical case for discussion using standard PowerPoint template
